INSTRUCTIONS BELOW PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW CAREFULLY TO ENSURE WE GET YOUR REQUEST: (If you are in doubt or worried that your request has not gone through please do not hesitate to email us direct at intake@chatrathcounsellingcentre.com)
NEW CLIENTS REQUESTING SERVICE: If you are new to our clinic please select the option for New Clients Request through the Client Intake Admin (NEW CLIENTS) option (dandelion with birds profile picture). You will create an account and request waitlist with the Client Intake Admin (NEW CLIENTS). Once you request on the waitlist this will prompt our intake to send you the start up emails including a registration questionnaire to complete and consents to be signed. With the completed forms you will then be assigned to a clinician to begin your work. There is space on the registration questionnaire to request a specific clinician if that is what you wish to do though we can not guarantee that they will be actively accepting new clients or that your insurance will be the correct match.
CURRENT OR PAST CLIENTS REQUESTING A SESSION: If you are currently or have worked with a Chatrath Counselling Centre clinician whom is still with us on the clinical team, you may be able to access your clinicians online booking calendar to book direct (if the clinician has this option made available to clients). If there is no availability with the clinician whom you are assigned to please request a session using their waitlist option (but be careful to ONLY select your specific clinician)

Hello! I am happy to join the team at Chatrath Counselling Centre. I completed my Bachelors (Honours) degree in Arts at the University of Manitoba (Major in Psychology), and then I received my Master of Education degree in School and Applied Child Psychology from the University of Calgary.
I currently work as a provisional school psychologist under Manitoba Education. Through my contract work here at Chatrath Counselling Centre, my focus will be on supporting children, adolescents, and young adults who are living with various developmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, or ADHD. Other focuses of my practice will be supporting young people who experience concerns related to anxiety, depression, ODD, OCD, suicidal thoughts, non-suicidal self injury, peer conflict, and difficulties with life changes. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and based upon evidence-based strategies.

Hayley Rockwell
Hayley is a BSW candidate at the University of Manitoba joining our team for her fall and winter practicum. She has worked as a Massage Therapist for 19 years and returned to school with the goal of helping to improve access to mental health supports in rural Manitoba. Her background as an RMT gives her a strong appreciation for the mind–body connection, and she integrates somatic techniques into her counselling practice to help clients re-establish their connection to themselves. Hayley takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and can help support a variety of concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief and loss, the challenges of parenthood, relationships (including ENM and polyamory), and family dynamics. She is naturally drawn to parts work and looks forward to deepening her knowledge and skills in this area.
